Physical Therapy
Insurance billing: I am not a contracted provider for Blue Cross. This means that the out of pocket portion for the patient may be higher, depending on the physical therapy benefits of the plan. I am contracted with Blue Shield and some of the smaller insurances. I am able to check benefits for many of the insurance plans and will bill insurance as a courtesy. The amount due from the patient is payable at the time of service.
Medicare: I am now a Medicare provider!!!
Cash pay: The cash prices for physical therapy services are, $100 for initial evaluation and $80 for each follow up visit.

Pilates training
All sessions run approximately 55 minutes
Private session $65/ hour or $500/month (8 visits)
Semi-private session (2 person) $35/hour or $260/month (8 visits)
Private and Semi-private sessions consist of a combination of mat and equipment exercises
Trio class (3 people, mat and small prop exercises) $25/hour or $180/ month (8 visits)
Pilates packages are intended to be used within the month they are purchased
Sessions may be purchased individually or in a block. Before starting sessions, an initial pilates fitness assessment/ screening is required.
