Physical Therapy
Insurance billing: I am a Medicare provider; I am also a preferred provider for Anthem-Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I am able to check benefits for many of the insurance plans and will bill insurance as a courtesy. I do not bill secondary insurance except when billing Medicare. The co-payment/co-insurance amount or any amount that will be applied to a deductible is due at the time of service.
Cash pay: The cash prices for physical therapy services are, $100 for initial evaluation and $80 for each follow up visit.

Pilates training
All sessions run approximately 55 minutes
Private session $65/ hour or $500/month (8 visits)
Semi-private session (2 person) $35/hour or $260/month (8 visits)
Private and Semi-private sessions consist of a combination of mat and equipment exercises. Your initial session will consist of a fitness assessment and screening.
SPECIALS
START UP PACKAGE- New clients only: Initial assessment plus 2 follow up private sessions $150.00
Pilates packages are intended to be used within the month they are purchased
All pilates sessions are to be pre-paid
